Review of The Risk Taker by Kira Sinclair

When I read the title The Risk Taker, I was never expecting the story that Kira gave me. I thought it would have been about someone who couldn’t take a risk until now, but I never expected the dark, dangerous, and daring Gage. Kira’s words really packed a punch! The power behind her words was breathtaking. Scientists should study Kira’s brain when she *knock on wood* dies, because it really is brilliant. Based on this novel, she should be crowned Princess of the Author community; sorry Kira,  but Queen is taken by Nora Roberts and she’s hard to dethrown.

The best kind of romance novel, is when the author takes the reader on a roller coaster ride of emotions, and this novel did just that. I don’t know a single person who doesn’t have a first lost love in their lives and that won’t be able to relate to this book. Fair warning though, this book will make you remember and miss the one you lost, but- as was the case for me- it may also help you to get some closure. This book should be classified as an epic love story and in this author’s opinion, it is.
