October is Breast Cancer Awareness month and tonight for dinner we made a meal that I have appropriately named “Support the Pink Chicken Breast.”
You can’t tell from the picture, but it is called that because the sauce ends up being a pinkish hue when it is made.
One boneless chicken breast
Use amount of each ingredient as desired (depending on number of people you’re feeding). Cook vegetables and chicken in separate frying pans. Sprinkle Oregano and Garlic on vegetables. Cook chicken until browned. Cook Rigatoni pasta until it is cooked as desired. Once everything is cooked, add it all together in one frying pan. Add Marinara sauce and Sour cream and stir together. Heat everything for another few minutes, plate and enjoy!
